Captains log: Day 7 of what feels like 387984759 day of social distancing and no school. Kids are restless, missing buddies, tired of playing with each other, and eating all the things in the house. Mom and Dad are exhausted and worried and really just need a minute. BUT we are safe, healthy, fed and enjoying sing-a-longs at dinner so it’s all going to be okay!
I don’t know about your kids but mine are missing their buddies so I wanted to make them something that would both occupy them and give them a connection to their friends. So together my daughter and I designed these postcards that you can color in, write a message on the back, and then mail them to your kids friends! Or your friends! Hey, we all like to color right!
