I love Kristen’s personality. It’s clear she loves what she does and dives in 100% to whoever she is working with. One of my favorite things about working with her was receiving her first round of logo options. I felt so SURE in terms of what I wanted… we spoke on the phone numerous times, I sent photos of things that caught my eye, I was SURE. But, I when I received her first email, I was completely blown away by the variety of options that she sent me as a first round. She, of course, included EXACTLY what I requested on the phone, but she also sent me a variety of options that came to mind for her as we spoke. It opened my eyes to see “what could be” for the design. So I switched gears and dove into these new designs with her! Kristen was genuinely interested in understanding not only what my company stands for, but she wanted to get to know my customer.
